Ecstatic dance often leads to a trance state or a feeling of ecstasy, by following a bell curve inspired by the 5 Rhythms of flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical & stillness.
Dance with us as songs from around the world are offered through tribal, whimsical, playful & ambient rhythms. Let the music be your guide in a supportive, judgment free, shoes free, phone free, alcohol free space.
For many of us, this dance journey is sacred, and a way to connect with something greater than our day to day lives!
This is also a family friendly dance! All ages welcomed, minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian AT ALL TIMES.
